Our Down to Earth birth doula support includes a complimentary goody bag, 2 prenatal visits, to get to know you and your family and your birth wishes, fear, hopes and more. Because each pregnancy and birth is unique to you, Down to Earth Birth is wholeheartedly here for you!

Your Down to Earth Doula is available for you 24hr/day from 38 weeks up until the day you birth your baby, but we will always try to be available for those early babies. You will receive continuous support at your birthplace from the time you call your doula to 1-2 hours after the birth of your baby. There will be one postpartum visit at your home, within 3 weeks after the birth of your baby, And, as always, a complimentary hot meal of your choosing brought or delivered to you.
Just because the birth and postpartum visit is done, please feel free to stay connected by text/phone/email anytime in your postpartum journey.
