Childbirth Education (Prenatal Classes)

According to one Canadian study, on average, only 1/3 of Canadian women have taken a prenatal class! Shocking right!?

If you are reading this it means you have considered the idea of taking a childbirth class but something may be stopping you…..

Here is what you need to know.  The goal of prenatal classes is to educate you and your partner in having a birth where you feel knowledgeable in the birthing process and aware of the options you have at the time of labour and delivery. Which, in turn, reduce fear and anxiety and increase your confidence to ask for what you need.
