A Down to Earth Postpartum Doula is here for you! We will support you and your family, during the first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby. We can assist with light housekeeping, meal prepping and support through this transition into parenthood. While encouraging you to gain confidence in your own skills while you get to know your life with your new baby.
